Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll set up a consultation where we dive into every detail of your day. Together, we’ll walk through each element of your event, exploring how flowers can elevate each moment. It’s a chance for us to get to know you, your style, and your vision.

Following our consultation, Sarah will create a personalized proposal that brings your wedding vision to life. This proposal includes mood boards, sketches, inspirational images, and an initial quote covering all the details—from set-up and design to delivery and breakdown. We ensure everything is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

Venue visits are an essential part of our process. This is our chance to explore your venue together, drawing inspiration from the space to ensure our designs fit seamlessly into the surroundings.
We offer the opportunity to see your floral vision come together with a full tablescape mock-up, allowing you to visualize the design before the big day.
Enhance the overall aesthetic of your event with the addition of luxurious candle options and other styling elements. We’ll help you choose the perfect lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

On your wedding day, we will handle the delivery, setup, and placement of all floral arrangements, ensuring everything is in its perfect position. After the event, we’ll return at midnight or the next day to collect the flowers, but feel free to take as many as you like – they’re yours to enjoy!
We focus on one wedding per day to provide a highly personalized service, ensuring each couple feels special and receives the best quality!
Absolutely! We have strong relationships with planners, venues, and other vendors, and we believe that teamwork ensures a seamless wedding day. We’re happy to coordinate with your planner or any other vendors to make sure everything flows smoothly.
We recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured, ideally 9-12 months in advance. This ensures availability, especially during peak wedding season, and gives us plenty of time to collaborate on your floral vision.

Yes, we stay to help move flowers, including arches, from the ceremony to the reception. We want your flowers to shine throughout your entire wedding day.
We’re proud to compost 90% of the flowers and foliage we bring back. Additionally, we partner with The Confetti Company to recycle blooms like roses, peonies, eucalyptus, and delphiniums, giving your wedding flowers a second life.
We prioritize communication, visualization, and inspiration. We’ll work closely with you to refine your vision through mood boards and proposals, ensuring everything aligns with your vision. Sarah oversees all arrangements on the day to ensure everything is as discussed.
The cost depends on the specific types of flowers, the seasonality, the complexity of arrangements, the number of arrangements, and additional factors like setup, breakdown, transport, and a fair wage for our exceptional freelancers.
